Excellent!!! Jose was amazing! So fast! So friendly! He made it look easy. In under 15m my flat was replaced. What a pleasant young man! He showed me the leak and even offered to put the flat tire back into the car. The convenience was priceless!

After discovering my car battery was dead while trying to head to work, I called AAA and Troy came out this morning to help. He clearly explained the issue, quickly got the car jump-started, and shared helpful information for future reference. Great service and very timely. Much appreciated!

I was stranded in New Castle, Delaware, and honestly didn't expect a quick response since Top US Auto Care is based out of Frederick, Maryland. I was wrong. They arrived at the scene incredibly fast to rescue my 2015 Mazda 6. A massive shout out to Avantae, the tow truck driver, who was professional, efficient, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. If you need reliable service that goes the extra mile—literally—these are the people to call. Highly recommended!

I sliced a tire while driving down 81 last night. I parked my car at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown. Not only did Travis get their way earlier than initially quoted, but he kept me updated every step of the way. He was also so incredibly thoughtful having a key drop envelope in his truck it saved me an hour of drive time not having to go to the garage. He even called to update me that the car was delivered. I was very impressed with their courteous and timely service. Will definitely use them again!
